Maris Jones & Barney Brown
I’m afraid I know absolutely nothing about the artists or the label on this fine ballad side. But I certainly like it enough for it to feature in this archive. The song’s chord changes are just how I like them – as is Maris’ strong determined lead vocal. Add in Barney’s helpful harmony vocal and you get a side to enjoy. Any info at all on this obscure 45 would be very welcome.
