Ultimates Combo
I don’t know of any other discs by the North Carolina group the Ultimates Combo, which is a shame as 
Why Did You Leave Me is a fine piece of music. It was cut at the Greensboro Crescent-City Studios, and the vocal is by a guy called Michael Miller, whose strong, flexible tenor vocal does so much to illuminate the track. I like the mournful horns, and the bluesy chord changes very much too.
