Sonny Williams
The Lexington, KY Trophy International label had a couple of soul 45s in its small catalogue. The Houserockers had one of them, and their featured singer Sonny Williams fronted the other. The dead slow 
Please Help Me is a tour de force for Williams, so raw, hard hitting and emotionally compelling. Great sense of timing too. I like the meandering sax as well – super little label soul.
